McAuley High School


Throughout the school year, the McAuley community gathers as one to worship, celebrate, and pray together. Masses and prayer services are led by students, faculty, and organizations. We are celebrating the following during the 2013-14 school year:

Sophomore Pinning Ceremony, Foundation Day for the Sisters of Mercy, led by the Sophomore Class

Catholic Schools Week/Celebrate Life Mass

Ash Wednesday Mass, led by National Honor Society

Grandparents' Mass, led by Student Ambassadors

Lenten Reconciliation

Mother/Daughter Mass, led by the Senior Class

Closing of the school year prayer service, led by Student Council

Baccaluaureate Mass at McAuley, led by the Senior Class

Communion Services
Every Friday morning at 7:50 a.m., Communion Services are offered in Christ the Teacher Chapel for members of the McAuley community.

McAuley offers the Sacrament of Reconciliation twice a year. Priests from local parishes and religious communities come to McAuley on these two days and students have the opportunity to receive the sacrament during religion classes.
