Welcome from the Principal!


The first thing that people notice about McAuley High School is the family atmosphere. In keeping with Catherine McAuley’s spirit of hospitality, we strive to ensure that our students, parents, and guests always feel welcomed and at home.

We believe that education should prepare our students for the increasingly competitive, global environment they will enter in just a few short years. This requires coursework that will challenge and engage our students to become lifelong learners. Our Tablet PC program enables us to integrate the most current and innovative technology skills with the time-tested knowledge that students need to advance in college and beyond. McAuley’s dedicated faculty members care deeply for each student and are committed to providing the extra help and support so that each girl can experience success.

A central theme at McAuley is the “Brilliance of Balance.” We believe in hard work but we also encourage our students to have fun and pursue their interests in sports, visual and performing arts, or club activities. Our religious education, campus ministry, and service programs challenge our students to truly live according to the principles of our Catholic faith and Gospel values.
